BACP accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Master NLP Coach, trained BMus vocalist and programmer. As an integrative therapist I use a blend of skills and approaches that work holistically with personal development, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and challenging times - embracing both creativity and rationale.
What draws me to facilitating as a therapist and coach is to see the potential each individual has in finding their own creative solutions or meanings, whilst walking along side through the transitions.
