If you’re finding yourself stuck, stressed or finding it hard to cope in current times – these group workshops explores approaches and practices to build up resilience, develop motivation to take action, and understanding how your body has been working for you, and the possibilities to adapt moving forward.

Sittings explore the tools and experiential practice of mindfulness, reflecting on the philosophy and subjective experiences that arise. With discussions held in a safe space, alongside others willing to connect and co-create an environment of curiosity and compassion.

Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)
Join me, each week over the next year, as we co-create guided EFT Tapping sessions that works with the experiences, emotional rhythms and inner wisdom of the group. This is a space and time to pause, process and reconnect through heart-led tapping sequences and somatic grounding to reset for the week ahead.
Each week’s themed session is co-created by the community contributions. Working with uncertainty, restoring energy, healing heartbreak, resistance, sense of belonging or exploring identity.
Come as you are, with no need to ‘believe in EFT’ but an invitation to be curious about what shifts for you.
