As an integrative counsellor and coach, I use a blend of skills and approaches that work holistically with personal development, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and challenging times – embracing both creativity and rationale whilst working online with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

The ultimate aim is to enable you to make your own choices, reach your own decisions and go forward with a greater sense of clarity and well-being.
